Description
- The seat reclining motor is installed to the seatback assembly.
- The seat reclining motor is activated with the driver seat control unit.
- Tilts the seatback forward/backward by changing the rotation direction of reclining motor.

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check "Self diagnostic result" with CONSULT.

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to ADP-150, "Wiring Diagram".
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check "Self diagnostic result" with CONSULT.
- Erase the DTC.
- Perform DTC confirmation procedure. Refer to ADP-41, "DTC Logic".
Is the DTC displayed again?
2.CHECK RECLINING MOTOR CIRCUIT (POWER SHORT)
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect reclining motor and driver seat control unit connector.
- Check voltage between reclining motor harness connector and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
3.CHECK DRIVER SEAT CONTROL UNIT OUTPUT SIGNAL
- Connect driver seat control unit connector.
- Check voltage between driver seat control unit harness connector and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
4.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Refer to GI-41, "Intermittent Incident".
