1. CHECK FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK
Check if the following BCM fuses or fusible link are blown.
2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect BCM.
Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.
