Removal and Installation

Removal

Nissan Maxima. MANUAL TILT

  1. Remove the steering column cover screw finishers (1) and then remove the screws.
  2. Remove the steering column upper cover (2).
  3. Remove the steering column lower cover screw and then remove the steering column lower cover (3).

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

POWER TILT

Removal

  1. Remove the steering column screw cover finishers (1) and then remove the screws.
  2. Remove the steering column upper cover (2).
  3. Remove the steering column side cover (LH) (4).
  4. Remove the steering column side cover (RH) (3).
  5. Remove the screws and then remove the steering column lower cover (5).

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
