Check if headlamps operate by lighting switch.

Refer to EXL-6, "Work Flow" (xenon type) or EXL-171, "Work Flow" (halogen type).
2.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Refer to GI-41, "Intermittent Incident".

The brightness and color of the light may vary slightly immediately
after turning the headlamp ON. This condition will remain until the xenon
bulb becomes stable. This is normal.
Illumination time lag may occur between right and left. This is
